Service desk & avatar
Hand work to people: raise a support ticket, or pass a question to the person an avatar speaks for.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
create_ticket | Creates a support ticket from details already collected from the person โ category, summary, description, urgency and any category-specific fields and attachments โ and returns its number. |
escalate_to_owner | Passes a question the avatar cannot answer โ or any request for a commitment only its owner can make โ to the owner's inbox, instead of guessing. |
create_ticket
Creates a support ticket from details already collected from the person โ category, summary, description, urgency and any category-specific fields and attachments โ and returns its number.
How an agent gets it. Declare it in the agent's tools: list.
- Simulated, and it says so: nothing reaches a real service desk. The number is stable for a given run and summary, so a retry does not look like a second ticket.
- The ServiceNow connector is the real equivalent. Used by ITHelp.
